Leadership. Self-Awareness. Teams.

LEAD yourself. LEAD others. MAKE work matter.

Everyone EQ helps individuals, teams, and students build the self-awareness and group dynamics that turn effort into impact and turn work into something you love.

Self-awareness is a superpower!

At Everyone EQ, we believe real growth happens when people feel seen, understood, and valued. When you understand your strengths, emotional intelligence, and communication style, everything changes , in how you lead, work, collaborate, and show up in life.

This work is NOT about fixing what’s broken. It’s about unlocking what’s already there.

"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom." – Aristotle

"Emotional intelligence is the ability to use emotion to increase your own and others' success." -Travis Bradberry

Everyone wants to be seen, heard, understood, and valued.

We work with two audiences - one throughline

INDIVIDUALS, TEAMS, & BOARDS

Leadership that scales past the individual.

For executives, teams, and boards, leadership is a practiced discipline of self-awareness, culture-building, and clarity of goal. We help leaders and groups build the shared understanding that turns effort into impact — and turns getting through the day into work people actually want to do.

SELF-AWARENESS LEADERSHIP. CULTURE & TRUST. ALIGNED EXECUTION. MEASURABLE IMPACT.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP

Confidence that carries into the classroom, the team, and the first job.

We help students build real confidence, not the performative kind, but the grounded kind that comes from knowing yourself and reading the room. Through hands-on work in self-awareness and group dynamics, students learn what actually makes teams click, so they walk into any group ready to contribute, lead, and adapt, not just show up and comply.

CONFIDENCE. SELF-AWARENESS. GROUP DYNAMICS. EARLY LEADERSHIP IDENTITY.

My Story

Jenny Yang

For more than 30 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, purpose, and performance — partnering with nonprofits, leading U.S. advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies, community leadership programs, and small businesses.

Across every environment, one truth kept showing up: People do their best work when they feel seen, valued, and understood.

Over time, I learned to recognize and embrace my own strengths — my superpowers — and everything shifted. I found more joy, clarity, and confidence in my work. I stopped trying to fit into roles that didn’t align and started building environments where collaboration felt natural, communication felt honest, and growth felt sustainable.

Just as importantly, I learned how powerful it is to truly appreciate the talents, styles, and perspectives of others. When we understand how people think, communicate, and contribute differently, workplaces transform. Mutual respect replaces friction. Energy replaces burnout. People don’t just perform — they thrive.

Today, as a certified CliftonStrengths and Everything DiSC coach, I focus on helping individuals and teams do exactly that. My work is about helping people recognize what makes them strong, communicate with intention, and collaborate in ways that bring out the best in everyone.

Now, I share the insights and experiences I’ve gained to help others build confidence, work with clarity, and create environments where people can grow, contribute, and succeed — together.
